About Connecticut Coining
Connecticut Coining, Inc. specializes in deep drawing metal parts followed by secondary machining. Our strength is the manufacturing of metal parts for the high voltage power tubes and X ray tubes. We supply metal parts to U.S. and European companies that braze glass to metal and ceramic to metal. Our principal customers are X ray and high voltage tubes manufacturers. We also supply parts to customers that provide components to the aerospace, medical, laser, night vision and defense industries. Based on customers?? supplied drawings, we deep draw metal parts in a range of metals from traditional to exotic. All the required tooling is designed and built on site by Connecticut Coining experienced toolmakers. We are equipped with presses ranging in capacity from 20 to 500 tons, CNC lathes and polishing equipment as well as an EDM wire machine and machining centers to manufacture precision parts. While our specialty is deep drawing Fernico (ASTM F15), we are experienced fabricating parts with super alloys, such as Inconel; nickel and their alloys (such as MonelTM.) We also frequently deep draw aluminum, stainless steels, copper, brass, molybdenum, niobium, tantalum and titanium. In continuous business since 1963, Connecticut Coining is located in Bethel, Connecticut, approximately 90 minutes from New York City.
