The company’s high-pressure coolant system line includes reservoir pumps for CNC machine tools including machining centers, three- and four- axis lathes, multifunction machines and twin-turret machines, as well as Swiss and gang tooled lathe pumps, plus an economical pump for general use.
 
The Z-Cool, a programmable nozzle, can be used in conjunction with the high-pressure coolant systems for through-spindle coolant delivery and/or programmable-nozzle high pressure cooling. According to the company, this set of products is engineered to minimize downtime and simplify routine maintenance. The systems are used in the firearms, medical, aerospace and energy industries, as well as in other industries where chip removal and tool life are critical to component quality and cutting tool performance.
 
The systems are equipped with high-quality components and non-piston pumps to improve product reliability, the company says. They integrate with all leading machine tool controls. Pump components, including filters, are housed inside the cabinet assembly, and filtration is accomplished using replaceable 5 micron filters that remove suspended chips and grit.
