Trumpf UK will introduce three new machines to the UK market at its In-Tech Open House, The Technology Centre, Luton, 8-10 March 2011.
The main focus will be on fibre-guided laser processing with the technology demonstrated in the UK for the first times and the UK launch of the TruLaser 5030 fiber.
The TruLaser 5030 fiber takes full advantage of the fibre-guided TruDisk solid state laser and achieves very high cutting speeds in thin sheet. In fusion cutting of stainless steel up to 4 mm thick, it is capable of feed rates up to three times faster than its CO2 alternative.
The exhibition also sees the European launch of the TruPunch 3000 with SheetMaster Compact, the new electric punch. Economical use of resources is the core of the concept behind this machine that has numerous features to help save material, energy and personnel costs.
The third introduction will be the TruLaser Cell 3010, a fully automated laser processing system that is said to open up completely new possibilities where conventional cutting methods such as milling or wire EDM reach their limits.
Would-be delegates can register at Trumpf's website or call the sales office on 0844 482 0188.
